Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This policy explains how Antle (a product of Post.Up Marketing, a sole proprietorship based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada) handles personal information when you visit antle.app or use our service. We follow Canada's federal privacy law (PIPEDA) and Ontario rules that apply to us. Our Terms of Service cover the rest.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and a password (stored in hashed form) or the sign-in method you choose.
- Your brand and content: business names and descriptions, logos, photos and reference images you upload, the captions, images and carousels you create, and your posting schedule.
- Connected social accounts: the account name and the access tokens the platform gives us so we can publish for you. We do not see your social-media passwords.
- Billing details: your plan, subscription status and payment history. Your card number is handled by Stripe and is never stored by us.
- Usage and device data: pages you view, features you use, how many images you generate, and technical data such as IP address, browser, device and approximate location.
- How you found us: the ad, link or campaign that brought you to Antle (for example ad click IDs and UTM tags).
- Messages: emails you send us and support conversations.
2. Why we use it
- To run Antle: create your account, generate content, publish posts, and bill you.
- To keep Antle safe: prevent fraud, abuse and fake sign-ups (we use a bot check from Cloudflare).
- To understand and improve Antle, and to measure whether our advertising works.
- To email you about your account, billing and service changes, and — if you have given us your consent or the law otherwise allows — about Antle. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
- To meet legal obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We use these service providers, who handle data for us:
- Supabase — database and sign-in.
- Vercel and Railway — hosting for the website and the app's servers.
- Stripe — payments and billing.
- Anthropic, OpenAI and Recraft — AI models that write captions and make or edit images. Your prompts, brand details and the images you upload are sent to them to create your content.
- Cloudinary — storing and delivering images.
- bundle.social and Buffer — connecting to and publishing on social platforms.
- Resend — sending our emails.
- Cloudflare — bot protection on sign-up.
- Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Pixel and Conversions API) — measuring visits and advertising results. See section 4.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business (with notice to you).
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Antle uses cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in and to measure traffic and ads. We use Google Analytics, a Google Ads tag, and the Meta Pixel in your browser. When you sign up or start a trial we also send those conversion events from our servers to Meta and Google, which can include a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address, your IP address, your browser details and ad click identifiers, so the platforms can match the event to an ad. You can block these by turning off cookies in your browser, using the privacy tools offered by Google and Meta (for example Ad Settings), or by contacting us.
5. Where your information is stored
Our providers operate in Canada, the United States and other countries, so your information may be stored or processed outside Canada, where it can be accessed by courts and authorities under local law.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open and for a reasonable time afterwards for legal, accounting and fraud-prevention reasons. After that we delete or de-identify it.
7. Your choices and rights
- You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
- You can withdraw your consent to marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, and you can disconnect social accounts from Antle at any time.
- If you are in the EU, UK or another place with similar laws, you may have extra rights such as data portability and objecting to some processing.
- You can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or your local regulator.
To use a right, email hello@antle.io. We may need to confirm it is you, and we will reply within 30 days.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls with our providers. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach creates a real risk of serious harm to you, we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.
9. Children
Antle is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. If a change is material we will tell you by email or in the app. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
11. Contact
Privacy questions and requests: hello@antle.io. Privacy contact: Privacy Officer, Post.Up Marketing.
