Terms of Service
Last updated: October 20, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Antle ("Antle", "we", "us"), a product of Post.Up Marketing, a sole proprietorship based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using Antle, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Antle.
1. What Antle does
Antle helps you create social media content — captions, images and carousels — using AI, and schedule and publish it to the social accounts you connect. Features, limits and plans may change over time.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for your account, your password, and everything done through your account.
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. One person or business per account unless your plan allows more brands.
- If you use Antle for a client or an employer, you confirm you are allowed to do so.
3. Free trial, billing and cancelling
- Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. You enter a payment card to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, we charge your card the plan price and then every month until you cancel.
- Prices are shown on our pricing page and are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Prices may not include taxes; where taxes apply, we add them at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings or the billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges.
- If a payment fails, we may retry it and, if it still fails, suspend or cancel your subscription.
- We may change prices or plan limits. We will give you notice by email before a change affects your next charge, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
4. Plan limits
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of images and regenerations and a limit on brands, as shown on the pricing page. Allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over. We may apply reasonable limits to prevent abuse or to keep the service reliable for everyone.
5. Your content
- "Your content" means what you upload or enter (logos, photos, brand details, text) and the posts you create with Antle.
- You keep ownership of your content. You give us a licence to host, process, display and transmit it only as needed to run Antle for you — including sending it to our AI and posting providers — and to publish it where you tell us to.
- You promise that you have the rights to use your content (including logos, people's likenesses and music or images from others) and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights.
6. AI-generated content
- Antle uses AI models from third parties to write captions and make images. AI output can be wrong, can contain mistakes or odd details, and may be similar to output generated for others.
- You are responsible for reviewing everything before it is published. We do not guarantee that output is accurate, original, suitable for your purpose, or free of third-party rights.
- As between you and us, and to the extent the law allows, you may use the output for your business. Whether AI output can be protected by copyright varies by country, and we make no promise about it.
7. Connected social accounts
To publish for you, Antle connects to social platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and others) through third-party services. You authorise us to post to the accounts you connect. You must follow each platform's own rules. Platforms can change or remove access at any time, and we are not responsible for their decisions, outages, or for posts a platform rejects, limits or removes. You can disconnect an account at any time.
8. What you may not do
- Break the law, or post anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or sexually explicit involving minors.
- Use Antle for spam, scams, impersonation, or misleading advertising, or to mislead people about what is AI-generated where the law or a platform requires disclosure.
- Try to break, probe, overload or reverse engineer Antle, bypass limits or bot checks, or resell access without our written permission.
- Create accounts in bulk or share one account across unrelated businesses to get around plan limits.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
9. Our property
Antle's software, design, name and logo belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using Antle as allowed here.
10. Third-party services
Antle relies on third parties for hosting, payments, AI, image storage, email and publishing. Their terms apply to their services, and their outages or changes can affect Antle. See our Privacy Policy for who they are.
11. Ending your account
You can stop using Antle and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if a payment fails and is not fixed, or if we stop offering Antle. If we end your account without a reason that is your fault, we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for. After an account ends, we delete or de-identify your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers
Antle is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that Antle will be uninterrupted or error-free, that posts will publish at an exact time, or that it will produce any particular result such as followers, sales or engagement. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
13. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Antle is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
14. You protect us from claims about your content
You agree to cover reasonable costs and losses we incur from a third-party claim that your content, or your use of Antle in breach of these terms, harms someone else or breaks the law.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario, except where the law of your home country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies. Using Antle after the change means you accept it.
